Pinkberry is my favorite Froyo and this location is BY FAR my favorite stop in Marana. Grethel was SO SWEET and her customer service is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. I've also had wonderful previous experience with Sarah. There seems to be an issue with the POS here that I hope they can fix very soon.

I drive VERY FAR to indulge and can't wait until the University location FINALLY opens. However, if they don't provide the level of service I've come to expect from the ladies at River Rd then I will keep on driving!

One of the last places in tucson you can find "tart" yogurt. Definitely love that they have my goto toppings however I do muss the DIY option of their old competitor yogurtland bc you get a lot less for your money here. Service was OK, the trainee was super sweet but the manager wasn't doing very well leading her & because of that my medium was the size of a small (from the same location on my last visit).

This place is very nice! The yogurt was all very tasty and they have lots of toppings to pick from. The service was excellent and everyone was very nice and patient. They keep the place very clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommend!

This will likely be the last time I visit this Pinkberry location. We came here for dessert after dinner and upon walking up to the window we realize all the fruit, boba & other popular toppings are completely empty. Which is surprising because it was 2 & a half hours before closing. Both my husband and I asked if they had anymore toppings to refill the empty ones and was responded with “unfortunately no” After sitting down we notice that the two young girls behind us got every topping they asked for. A young man made the effort to go to the back and get completely fresh stocked fruit, boba, etc. The cherry on top is that they didn’t pay and happily walked out with the Pinkberry they wanted. Unlike us who spent $25 to get sloppy left overs. A side note this place is filthy and nothing was clean. Tables weren’t wiped down, chairs were stained with residue from prior customers and the floors were sticky with toppings everywhere. Highly disappointed and want my wasted $25 back.

Our first time here and maybe the last time. The 2 guys working.One of them looked like he was super out of it like on drugs or something since he was super quiet.Didn't know what he was doing and didn't give a happy vibe or even greetings or anything looked like he hate his job. This place needs friendly workers with more patience and better customer service.
