Me encanta el festejo que esta ocurriendo ahora en el pre-pre-pre-cuatro veinte. RIFA! especiales, botana, un resto de jente!! De esto se trata, neta patineta en un jetta . daté cuenta que de aquí hay buena medicina , increíble arte en las paredes (enventa) y toda la comunidad entre el Rio Salado y South Mountain presente!
Por eso voto que tambien deberíamos de celebrar otras fechas de festejo como la lanza de Sputnic (|&||) , El dia del trabajador , el más caliente de verano, 5to de Julio, el cumple de mi carnal, sep16, Rocktoberr aka shard-toberr, the lunar eclipse, 12of cross mas, and zzzewyears...wow esta buena esa mierda, o como dice my primo tha's'some goodshit rightthere

Need to have more staff at the registers to help out. I was in the store with 10ppl but only 2staff 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️…. Waiting process longer than anticipated

I wish my experience was better because the location is so close to me. I purchased a full g cartridge and the size wasn’t specified on their website. When I opened my purchase this specific cartridge is a “chubby cart” and doesn’t fit into the standard size that every other cart I have ever purchased before does fit. When I talked to the employee he agreed with me and went to show his boss that their website doesn’t have sizes labeled on their products. After about 10 minutes, the boss came out from the back and showed me that the sizes are on their website. He obviously fixed it and wouldn’t honor any type of suggestion I made to make me satisfied. I helped their business by pointing this out and they were not looking out for their customer.

I walked in and stood by the check in counter. Lots of employees moving around but no one acknowledged my presence. The store didn't appear to be very busy, but no one even looked over. I waited for a while and no one came over or motioned me to come in.
The dispensarys that I have been to in the past always have someone upfront. No matter how busy they are there's someone to check you in. I didn't feel welcomed so I won't be back.

I don’t normally care to comment on how staff are, but I have come here for close to a year and I would say I had the worst time with the bud tender I was given. I Could not understand him for one he was so quiet and mumbling, took him forever to look at brands when I told him the exact brand I was looking for. Instead of telling me anything about the products was more so talking under his breathe like I could understand anything about what he was saying which made me not even get half the things I went to the dispensary for. I do love this dispensary. I was very unhappy with the service of the bud tenders knowledge and lack of customer service

I've been going here for years. Very clean, staff always helpful. Product is almost always good quality.
However...
Ever since they were bought and cha get management, it seems like it's nothing but problems. So many things in their website need updating and fixing. The lack of accurate filters makes me have to go in and ask the associates to get clarification. (They are always awesome btw) When I point out the fact that I have to come in to ask questions and get these answers they usually just shrug and say "yeah". They don't have any control, I get that, but management does. And it feels like they do not care enough to spend any money to fix these things to create a decent customer experience.
You are not the only game in town.
Once these things are fixed I'll come back and change the rating.

total joke of a dispensary. they sold me flower that was bone dry and so it was useless / had not potency. instead of honoring an exchange or doing ANYTHING they offered me a 12 cent hydrating pack for the dried out flower. i will not be using this dispensary again or at least for the foreseeable future. you guys should have better business practices. how can you sell someone a bad product and your only response is “we can’t issue a refund or an exchange” that’s trash.
