A+ selection of products, including a handful of different kombucha options! Kombucha hasn’t seemed to make it onto any of the cruise ships yet, so we were excited to be able to buy some so close to the docks! We will definitely be returning next time we are in town for more kombucha and to check out the selection of snacks and supplements we might also need 😊

A wonderful locally owned and operating establishment! The owners are amazing, kind, generous people and the store is worth supporting. The prices are actually comparable to prices of natural foods at Safeway and sometimes they're even less expensive. If healthy living is a goal of yours, stop by and check them out!

I bought vegan parmesan cheese, and healthy water flavoring to replace the not so healthy crystal light I was using in the past. The store staff are very helpful, and friendly. There are a lot of healthy products here including yoga supplies, teas, food, CBD, and much more. If you value your health this place is definitely worth your visit. They were closed Monday but open at 10am Tuesday when I went.

This is the place for every vitamin, supplement, health food, essential oil, and organic beauty product you can imagine. Its pricey but all nutrition shops are. They've even got yoga supplies. Our island is lucky to have a dedicated nutrition store like this.
