The absolute BEST experience. We had gone to a jewelry store in Birmingham when we started looking for rings and were super discouraged because they weren’t willing to work with us on a custom diamond engagement ring. Thankfully we found Riverside and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. I was able to go in with my fiancé to give an idea of what I wanted along with our budget and they went above and beyond. Big shoutout to Chelsey and Alan for being so receptive and willing to work with us. I now have the ring of my dreams and I could not be more thankful for our experience with Riverside.

Love Riverside Fine Jewelers. Everyone there is helpful and nice. Ronnie is the only person we take watches to for service. We drive the extra because we trust them with all our jewelry needs -Repairs or purchases.

Took some watches in for repair. Waited 15 minutes or so and got my watches back for a VERY good price. We talked about a few watches in the store and I got some really good advice. This will be my goto spot to maintain my collection.

An expansive selection selection, of jewelery; that is , of stellar quality that is for sure to make choosing the perfect gift or wedding set an enjoyable and fun experience. The shine of the of the jewelry matches the shining customer service. Great place, would recommend to anyone.

This was my first visit to Riverside Fine Jewelry, and was completely IMPRESSED! The store was large, will lighten and beautifully decorated, including some amazing art works done by the wife and other family members. Also, I was surprisingly thrilled with the quality of their jewelry and their prices, so much so, that I bought myself 2 new gentlemen's rings!!! I must say, I will diffently be back! Thank you Allen and Phyllis! You both are WINDERFUL PEOPLE'S, and I truly thank you both for EVERYTHING!!!

Don't buy diamond earrings from them. The backs won't stay on. I have purchased several backs from them as well as other jewelry stores. It has been a constant battle. Now the first pair I ever bought my wife is no longer a pair. Not happy! They were very sentimental to her and now only has one...
