Called in for an oil leak and car servicing. Picked the car up and the battery was dead. Someone left ash in the car and it smelled like smoke. All they did was replace vacuum pump and overcharged. My car was in better condition when I dropped it off.

Very unprofessional and a bunch of crooks. Save yourself and your family the time, and choose a more honest auto shop. If they fail to diagnose a problem they get mad and embarrassed. They take all their incompetence out on their customers.

This is the best auto repair place I have ever used, and I'm 71. Roger is polite and often funny, but he gets the job done properly at reasonable rates. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for car maintenance or repair.

Just went over there again. They're great and worked to check out the issue and determine it was nothing serious. Great people, great service.

My car broke down and I initially took it to Gray's, but they were charging too much. So, I took it to Roger's. They are not the cheapest, but customer service was amazing and they looked for other problems the car was having without asking and didn't charge me for that inspection. Turnaround was two days, which was better than I anticipated. If I ever break down in the area again I'm going to Roger's.

Terrific service, as someone from another state I'm always concerned about getting ripped off. That did not apply to Roger's, they gave me 3 options for repair and recommended I go with the lowest cost option. Unheard of in today's world!! They set up an appointment and had me out of there in less than an hour. Great shop! Plus, the owner also physically works in the shop and is available to customers.
