COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Okay they get two stars because the people who work here are super friendly. But if you shop here you NEED to check expiration dates. This chocolate is up at the register and is almost 3 years expired..... After pointing it out to manager, cashier and owner who happened to all be at the register when I saw it, the owner brushed it off. He claimed they received the product from the vendor already expired and the vendor won't refund them. It's probably just them not telling the vendor or forgetting. His next response was to say "that's why they are on sale for BOGO".....
There is no sign anywhere near this box of expired bars indicating that A. The product is EXPIRED BY OVER 2 YEARS or B. The "sale" of said chocolate. So they are setting customers up to unintentionally pay full price for an expired item that has been discontinued. (Two days later it's still up there with no signs or anything)
Also, while they have almost all your grocery needs, be prepared to pay outrageous prices.
So, CHECK THE DATES ON EVERYTHING
And be prepared to spend a lot of money.

One filthy store whoever said it was stocked. Yeah on alcohol. We stayed a few days in Black canyon City in RV and we need ed some bread and coffee time. We got back to our RV. The bread had mold in it when we opened it. The coffee was 3 months expired. We walked around just to look and one filthy store food was all Dusty stuff on. The shelves was dirty. I can go on and on but I'll just leave it there!!

This grocery store is Awesome! They have a good variety of food meat and anything you might need on your trip through black canyon city. Charcoal etc... The people working there are friendly and helpful! If your lucky you might see a real cow running across the parking lot!! The kids would get a kick out of that!

We needed to find a place to stop while traveling after dark to get food and drink, and took the Black Canyon City exit. Ron's Market was a hospitable and well-stocked place to find just what we needed. After making a purchase it occurred to me that when my car broke down in 1991 that I had stopped in the very same store for help. What a great place, double thanks for being there twice.

I feel like Ron's Market could do a much better job at supplying better goods. Fresh baked French Bread would be nice. Meats are way to expensive. I mean I get it, Ron's prices things like a gas station but how many years is Black Canyon City to suffer without a competitive grocer that is ready to meet supply and demand at a fair price. The people need this.

They don't have a really big selection of many things it's pretty hard to have a market like that in Black canyon City. It is very expensive, but these are items that you need because you didn't get them at other places obviously. They do have produce, cleaning supplies, cute and cereals and Gary as well as sour cream Mexican foods Jarred foods etc.
Have a great selection of ice cream that's for sure! All of the employees are extremely fine very personable they're all over and very cool there is also a Coca-Cola machine out front and it takes $1 per soda but it works.

I moved here a little over a year ago. I shopped here before new ownership took over. The improvements since have been remarkable. Lighting in display cases is just one of many improvements. The stock on the shelves now has no outdated items. The produce has also been improving. The meat is the best. As for pricing, many things are not much more above and are equal to some of the other larger stores. My thinking on this is, by the time I would drive, time it would take, gas used to get there and back, I would use up what I would save. Also the convenience to be able to last minute purchase what I need out ways the cost. Given the few months that he has had to begin to improve the store I believe he has done a great job. As for me I will continue to do my shopping here . I enjoy the staff also who are always willing to help. In time I know we all will notice even more changes and it will be great. Thanks to all who work there and the new owner!

Rons has all the stuff you need, its air conditioned, has a wide array of beverages, food stuffs and staples. Lottery machine, Trump hats, fresh meats, minimal produce but they buy what sells. Nice staff, clean store. Get the pizza across the street when you're done buying whiskey and scratchers.
