I absolutely love the food here. It’s so tasty and it’s honestly priced really well for organic and fresh foods. It was also the only food that I could digest in my first trimester of pregnancy and the ginger turmeric chai was a life saver when having morning sickness. The food just makes you feel good physically and mentally but I have especially noticed while experiencing pregnancy that the food just digests so much better and doesn't make me feel gross. They do an amazing job there and they make the food preparation look effortless and the staff is always so kind even if its extremely busy.

I absolutely love the quality of the food here. They have options for every taste and different allergies. The Paleo bowl is amazing for being such a simple dish. The dressings are creative and such a delight on the palate! If you're craving healthy but super delicious food for lunch, this place is a must.

The rosemary, white chocolate, and cranberry cookie warmed up some is soo delicious!
Also recommend the double chocolate fudge brownie — it’s almost a surprise that it is gluten free (though knowing that, it is noticeable that it almost had a bit of an oatmeal cookie texture to it).
It’s great how they have a good selection of food that is suitable for vegan and gluten-free diets.

What an amazing place. Many natural and healthy products. The cafe looks good but we didn't try it this visit. We plan to in the future. We have signed up for a couple of cooking classes which will take place in their kitchen. Looking forward to it.

Roots has always been my go to place for my vitamins. They have the widest selection and best quality vitamins and herbal remedies. They also carry a large variety of natural and organic foods, drinks, teas, skin care, etc. we also love the spice section of the store where you can buy spices by weight. Can you scoop out the amount you want them please and small baggies that they will weigh at checkout. They also offer produce & beer/wine that are all locally sourced.

There a also a cafe type place that is part of the store but also has its own entrance. They serve all fresh and locally sourced sandwiches, soups, and baked goods along with custom are smoothies and juices.

I highly recommend both Roots to anyone that hasn’t been there, they have something for everyone!

We went here on Saturday the 14th just before 12 o clock for lunch. It was mobbed. We had to wait in line to order our sandwich, I told fiance to get a table for us while we waited because it was cold outside (they have seating outside).

The restaurant is right next to a crossfit gym and they seem to flock here after their routines. It wasn't impossible to find parking but it was a little less than pleasant, I would like to go here when it's less packed.

We did not try the smoothie bar but many people seemed to like it.

I can honestly say this is one of a couple of restaurants that does vegan well. They definitely know what they are doing there which is awesome. I hate when new vegans try to attempt cooking vegan and they literally have no clue and the food has no flavor.

The veggie wrap and the vegan caesar were both well done.

The Veggie wrap was outstanding. Fresh and bursting with flavor. Very satisfying as well. The pickle on the side made me pucker.

My fiance really enjoyed his chicken pesto sandwich.

My only complaint is that I wish the vegan caesar had less Kale--bleh, Kale (in my opinion) is best in a chopped salad hehe, but really good still...

Really interesting environment and I loved that they had a side bar with tons of hot sauces to choose from (bravo!) and water was plentiful.

Would like to go here again...

This place is great. For my vegan/vegetarian peeps they have a couple of really delicious and healthy bowls. I had the dragon bowl which was vegan. It is really tasty and fresh. Comes with baked tofu. The other is the quinoa bowl which has cheese but you can do without it if you want. Lots of smoothies and juices to chose from. I had the sweet green smoothie. It’s prepared just right ! Lots of greens but not overpowering and not too sweet either. Just left a nice fresh pleasant and healthy taste in my mouth. I love the vibe of this place. Your surrounded by lots of raw wood slabs and the staff is just super friendly. To top it off they have another section with nick knacks and a decent little grocery store in back. It’s stocked with a fairly large variety of items for it’s size. Well done. Walked out with a good purchase of different vegan items. So glad I came here 🙂

I had a great experience! If you’re looking for a AMAZING gluten free, dairy free sandwich, come to this place. The gluten free bread was rosemary focaccia bread. I was expecting the bread to be tiny bc of GF but it wasn’t! Gluten free, dairy free heaven. Words can’t describe how cool this place is. They have a great all natural gf variety for the grocery store! Their cupcakes and cookies are probably the best I’ve ever had! I have gone almost everyday. Their food it is reasonable price bc you are getting great quality. Not only is good good there, the staff goes above and beyond. Kitchen side makes sure you get 100% satisfactory. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!
