My wife and I ventured in to find great cuts of meat, like that you would find from the old days butcher-fresh. We were greeted by 3 say high schooling boys that were apparently playing giggling grab ass as we entered. The smell of dried blood stanched the air and the cuts looked old. The boys were busy upon themselves as they continued giggling. The prices were elevated compared to what you would pay from your local grocer. We left with a thank you and sat in our vehicle right out front to take a call. There we saw the boys chasing each other around the displays laughing as if it were a paintball arena. No supervision, class or knowledge of the products offered. We were grossed out by the potential these boys were peddling.
Great idea, wrong ambassadors and name as it marks a need for a tetanus shot!

Stopped in this weekend for the first time , wanting to get my wife a birthday steak. Got a prime ribeye… the marbling was almost what you expect on a wagyu a-3 a-4 . It was literally the best steak she’s ever had. Not even high end steakhouses have accomplished that.

Great prices and quality meat. We got a filet and NY, with poppers and twice bake potato. It was fantastic and so much better than the grocery store. We are going back!

The meat in this shop is questionable - twice I have bought poorly cut or poorly stored (almost rotten) meat. I recently purchased a 7.5 lb pork shoulder that by the next morning STUNK of beginning to go bad.

I called a couple of different times just for information, and the people that picked up were a little short. I imagine they were busy, so I don't mind, father's day weekend and all! One thing I'd recommend on that topic though, just say hello first and say the place the people called, it gets the information out of the way and people get to the point faster then. Onto the meat! We got baby back ribs due to us getting ribs before here in Phoenix, and no matter where we went, the ribs were always tough when I cooked them. I was beginning to worry it was just me. But the ribs from Rusty Nail were impeccable! Juicy, tender, and hardly any got stuck in my teeth! They made this the most delicious father's day meal I've made in a long time, and for inexpensive. Highly recommend! Next time, I'll be going for game meats of different sorts!

My go to local butcher. The staff there is very warm and welcoming but most importanty the store is spotless and the meat is fantastic. Whether you need steaks, sausages or “just” ground beef, this is where you need to go. Here’s a picture of the tri tip I slow cooked this week after some advice from them.
