Bought a stick of Finnochiona at the Cedar Park Craft Market after sampling several... This stuff is the real deal! absolutely great salami, the owner obviously knows his stuff and takes pride in his work.

Reminded me breakfasts in Germany as a kid, and some of the great cured meats I've had overseas. Fantastic product.

Salvation Salumi is AMAZING!!!!
We scheduled a couples date night and had the best time working together in creating our charcuterie board. The best taste of different meats and a very informative class. I highly recommend Salvation Salumi for date night or even to host a private event. They cater to all and their setup is lovey.

Fantastic charcuterie - by far the best I’ve ever had. Glenn at Salvation Salami puts out a beautifully balanced, flavorful selection of cured meats that melt in your mouth. I use his cured meats in my products as well as at home when sharing with family and friends. Call for an appointment or find them at one of the local farmer’s markets they frequent.

Not all salumi is salami, but all salami is salumi - and Salvation Salumi does it right. Took a friend to experience our first salumi tasting - what a treat! The Bird's Eye has a nice kick to it and was our favorite, but we enjoyed the entire experience. Superb place for gifts, too.

We signed up for their charcuterie class, and had a great time. The meats were amazing, especially the local Texas Bird's Eye. Very friendly, and made us feel welcome while we enjoyed all of the great selection of meats.
