Meat market. Fresh and good quality spices soups and ingredients. Nice customer service and food is kept cold and stocked well. Saw bone broth that looked delicious if anyone is searching for it! Also they sell award winning Arethusa farms ice cream delicious!

Today, I had the pleasure of visiting my favorite store once again, to place a custom cut order. As I browsed through the aisle, my eyes landed on a rare and highly sought after ingredient in Japanese cuisine - the Gyu-Suji-Niku. Known as Beef Flank Drop in the US, this delicacy is hard to come by. But thanks to this amazing store, I was able to get my hands on it.

What made the experience even more remarkable was the personalized attention I received from the owner, Matt, and the butcher-master, Paul. They went above and beyond to showcase their expertise in cutting grass-fed beef, even giving me a behind-the-scenes look at how it's done.

I left the store feeling inspired and grateful to have such a gem in my town. I can't wait to see what new and exciting custom orders I can place next time.

The chicken and beef are locally sourced from the Hudson Valley and you can really tell the difference. Price is comparable to Fresh Market. My son rwcently had a roast beef samdwich and gave it rave reviews. This is a great local small business I am happy to support.

Driving from Milford is worth the trip! From the selection of Prime Meats in store made sausage ! My weekly trip for sliced meats is the closest thing to Shopping in Italy . Should I also mention the Bread yummy. Try the artisan cheese that’s another dream come true. Chief Storch and Paul aka the finest Butcher the plaid shirt fits him well.
Hard to believe anyone could get a bad anything. Sorry for your pain.
