We are in town this week and needed some good steaks. Got a recommendation for SMM and stopped in. Super helpful. We bought a cpl thick bone in rib-eyes, twice baked potatoes, seasoning, cheeses and sodas. Reverse seared the steaks with the rub and they were outstanding. Great quality products. Highly recommend.

I have had their fish, steaks (all kinds), roasts, & chicken, all were delicious and free from harmful chemicals. The butchers are super friendly and helpful. One was a chef and has great recipes!
It is now the Only place where I buy meat for the family. I highly recommend.

He strongly recommended this market, and to my delight, I found it just 10 minutes from home! This incredible place has transformed my meat shopping experience. The staff educates me every visit, and now I go 2 to 3 times a week, never returning to grocery stores for meat again.

Matthew truly is exceptional; he knows every product in the store and can provide all the details. They sell top-grade meat, and with Matthew’s extensive experience, he goes above and beyond in customer service and education. When he’s not there, he is greatly missed. The quality is unmatched, and I wholeheartedly recommend this gem in North Scottsdale!

Very little waste and definitely going to boil the bones down for bone juice to add to our signature chili for added zing.
Greg was helpful and spent time with me and my wife Rebecca. Treated us with respect as if he is the owner.
Kevin definitely hired the right man for the position. Max was awesome during our conversation on the phone when I was checking them out. We received a Valpack envelope and Rebecca brought it to my attention to call. Had it not been for that very expensive advertisement company, we would not have found such a top notch meat purveyor.

I never knew this place existed! I bragged to all my clients letting them know it was my son’s 13th birthday on Thanksgiving my young gentleman is just like any other man and question me mom what about my steak dinner for my birthday so for this Thanksgiving we skipped the ham and I’m doing my first prime rib. Mini clients told me I absolutely had to buy my meat from the Scottsdale meat market went in there with no expectations. They were three men who were very friendly, extremely helpful and made me believe in myself that I can make a bomb prime rib for my son’s 13th birthday. Thank you so much for your guises help now that I know this place exist. You will definitely see me in the future

i pre-ordered a ribeye on the website. i specified date and time i would be there for pick-up. i requested a thick cut steak, 1.5-2 inches. this order and request was verified via text by Kevin. when I arrived at designated time, the steak was not prepared and i was told to choose one from the pre-packaged area. all of those were thinner than I wanted. I was very surprised. it's like they just didn't care. i used to shop there, but no more.

I've been looking for a place to get really good meats. Where I live, there is nothing but your basic grocery stores, so I've been buying meat from the big box C store when I get to PHX or LV. Not bad but not great. I found Scottsdale Meat Market online and decided to stop in when I went down to PHX a couple of weeks ago. The store is MUCH better than the website. The people are great and the meat is stunning.
I bought some Australian Wagyu Ribeyes, some NZ salmon, some pork chops, some filet mignon, and a rack of lamb.
The Ribeyes are superb. Very tender, great flavor; so different from most choice or prime meats. The NZ salmon is incredible. Best fish I've ever eaten. The pork chops made me love pork chops again. The filets were amazing, too. I haven't tried the rack of lamb yet; that's going to be in a few days.
They cut to order, age the meat, let you order by phone, and just generally provide a great experience. It will be a long time before I buy my meats anywhere else again. I am a serious foodie and this stuff is even going to spoil me for restaurant meat. Better than all my favorite restaurants.
I went back and bought more today and I'm really looking forward to the next ribeye!!!
