Went here with the fam for dinner. Caught the jake Paul vs Mike tyson fight. The events here my relative says are great. I felt like jt was a well done event however by the time I got my food we were very busy with the event itself. Sounds great but for 30$+ for my food I was actually really sad. I got the tempura scalops and shrimp which was breaded with like cornbatter or something weird that wasnt cooked all the way through -_-. Got like 5 big pieces but I was so hungry. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious.. everyone's else's food looked perfect. My French onion was pretty good too, not the best but not bad by any means but good.

This place is amazing. Their attention to detail is what sets them apart. The food is delicious, and the bacon butter is to die for. The list of mocktails is great for those who want a drink without drinking.

The food was perfectly cooked and delicious! We had mozzarella wedges, a bay burger and Rockfish L'Orange.
It all had wonderful flavor. The views from the windows were spectacular. A perfect place for a date night.

We love eating at Settler’s Bay Lodge any time we visit the Mat-Su Valley! The service is always friendly, the atmosphere is always great, the food is always wonderful and the view cannot be beat! We had 6 of us and some of the dishes we had included the prime rib, filet mignon and stuffed prawns. For appetizers we had ahi tuna, stuffed mushrooms and the flatbread. For dessert we enjoyed crème brûlée, carrot cake and their current special of dulce de leche. Everything was amazing!

Dinner tonight was excellent.
Our first time here and will be returning.
Marsala steak starter, Cajun fettuccine and chicken cordon blue were amazing with no complaints. Service was great. Our waitress was quick and attentive and price was more then fair for the portions.

The atmosphere is simply amazing and that alone will make me come again. Our service was excellent as well.
I do hope my food is better next time, though. I ordered the seafood mac and cheese, which left a lot to be desired. It was extremely salty (but with no flavor), which was the worst part, and I am someone who likes salty food. This was overwhelming, though, and to be completely honest, the cavatappi did not seem cooked thoroughly, and there was hardly any crab meat. Definitely no chunks. You really had to search for very small bits in the sauce. Also, imitation crab meat was added, which made the dish seem cheap. I don't know why you would add imitation crab meat to a dish that already had real crab meat in it. This made no sense to me.
My husband's steak, however, was amazing. It was tender with lots of flavor and grilled to perfection 👌
