This was an unexpected stop that turned out to be a great find and a bag full of goodies. I walked out with 2 different pre-made soups that I cannot wait to taste. Some gourmet crackers and cookies, a chicken salad sandwich and a farro & arugula salad. Wide variety of gifts, jellies and jams, wines, fresh and frozen pre-made meals. Friendly and helpful staff.

I ordered my first family meal for the week. The order made 2 dinners for 2 adults and 2 children. Plus my husband and I were able to make 2 lunches out of the soup and chicken salad. The food was delicious and easy to heat up. The sides were small and enough for one meal for a family of four. I will definitely order this again for my busy family of 4 as an alternative to eating out.

Update to the below: the owner responded to my review and said there’s a sign at the cash register advising customers that they charge additional for credit cards. So I was in there again and looked. That is not what the sign says. The sign, in big letters, says “discount for cash.“ Then in smaller letters, it goes on to say that you will be charged extra if you use a credit card. There’s a difference between getting a price and receiving a discount for cash versus being charged more than the advertised price if you decide to use a credit card. I think this sign is deceptive and misrepresents the additional charge. It should also be noted that when I asked for a receipt the last time I was in, I did not get an itemized receipt, just the final tally. As stated below, noting the additional credit card surcharge was based on me, for one of the first times I could remember, being provided with an itemized receipt. I think they need to change their sign, or change their policy, because it’s not completely honest. For the first time today, I received an itemized list of my purchases. Has any reviewer ever noticed that this market adds on an additional 4% to the bill over and above county and state taxes? It’s completely unexplained, and I don’t recall seeing anything in the store that tells customers that in addition to the 6% sales tax, they add on another 4%. Not sure why or even if that’s legal without notifying people. But I’m not happy about it. Every single item has an additional 4% added to the purchase price, then the items are subtotaled and an additional 6% is added for the sales tax. In Cobb county, the tax is 6%, which includes county and state. I really have no idea what this additional 4% is. I’ve been going there for months and made numerous purchases - I’ve never received an itemized receipt……. Ask for one next time and you’ll see what I mean.

Great place for hearty, pre-packaged meals and around-the-house goodies/gifts. Makes you feel right at home in a world where most stores tend to make you feel like you’re in an episode of black mirror… The owners are so nice & helpful. I’ll be back!!

The meals to go are cooked with the freshest ingredients, taste great and the owner Deloris and her staff are fabulous… always with a smile and happy to help you attitude. Also, Simply Fresh caters and I have used their catering services . All of my guests thought I cooked everything myself This is a Mom and Pop store that you will be so glad you stoped by. A fashionable neighborhood market. I was impressed with the assortment of retail goods combined with a great selection of wine and meals. The lasagna and chicken enchiladas are fantastic!

Small, efficient, and cute. We were greet by two friendly man-best-friends. Tried couple of carry out lunch, home cook vegan all roots soups, some corn bean salsa, cookies. Nothing scream "out of this world", but the cassava chips are real good!

This place is the best! What a great resource for someone who loves to eat but doesn't cook or like most restaurant food. Fresh ingredients prepared in a variety of ways means that I can live on a steady diet of their food without getting bored.
