Some of the most hardworking people I know! Renee and her team worked hard to process a cow we recently purchased. They guided us through the process and advised on the different cuts and made great recommendations based on the needs of our family. They even scheduled a time that was convenient for us when our work didn’t permit us to be there as agreed.

First time purchasing 1/2 a cow and then taking it to Smith's. I have to say the entire staff was super friendly and worked with us "newbies " to make sure we got exactly what we wanted! They explained everything. showed us our cuts to make sure that was exactly what we wanted and advised us on things we were unsure of! We enjoyed the entire process and will definitely go back! Thank you to everyone there!

It made me sick. The hams were not smoked properly and they lost 18 pounds of sausage that I paid for. They said they would make it right and make me some more. That was back in October. I still have not heard or seen what was owed to me. They even hand wrote a promise note on my receipt and signed it. I am out not only the money I paid for the meat, but all so the processing and smoking fees. Don't be fooled by the preaching they do on God before processing your meat! I even called there house and was told the one girl had to leave for a year and they took a message and said they would bring it to the owners attention. Never heard a word. May God bless them as they screw over their customers.

Took a goat there for butcher. No one was there, hogs running around in holding area. Someone finally noticed there were 2 different people there to drop off and came over, put the hogs up & got us listed. He said he didn't work there and was unable to reach anyone who did.

I asked for the whole goat to be turned into goat only sausage, NO pork added. Didn't hear anything from them in a month. I finally had to call several times to find out if it was ready. Went to cook, and they had added pork fat to our sausage. NOT happy!!!!! Also, spices aren't mixed well, some sausage is hot, some mild. Husband is not even sure it's our goat. Worst experience I've ever had! Will never use them again.

Side note: Found out later that the friend who helped me drop off the goat had gone around back looking for someone and there was a headless cow carcass lying on the ground. Had he told me that then, I would have taken my goat home and used someone else.

My husband purchased the largest steer we have ever purchased 1470lb on the hoof weighing in at 810 lbs hung. Our meat was taken to this supposedly "butcher" shop and called with instructions that we would like as many prime cuts as possible. What we received back was absolutely a " mascarred mess not to mention the least amount of meat from any steer or cow we have ever purchased from a farm! When I called the butcher shop, I couldn't get 1 sentence out without Renee jumping down my throat with her garble. Well, Renee not only is this not my first Rodeo; I actually worked in a butcher shop once upon a time and your "Christian" ethics went out the door with me from the time you started in with how your a Christian and you don't steal. While this may be true; as only the good Lord above know; I never accused you of stealing; I only wanted to ask if you may have left some bags out of 1of your 3 freezers. ( as I wanted to give you a chance to do the right thing) However; your hostility told me everything I needed to know. Just so you know this lack of business dealing has cost you 3 more clients that I know of. Happy future endeavors and may God be with you!

We were very pleased with their service. We loved their sausage seasoning and the smoke flavor of the ham and bacon. We've been elsewhere, and heading back with pigs today.

Id give less stars if it was an option!! 3 weeks and the meat still isnt ready, they lost my order slip and tried blaming it on us, 2 weeks later they tell us the sausage hasnt been smoked after they told us pick up in one week, and when you call they wont answer the phones....definitely use anyone but them!!!!!!

Good clean facility with friendly staff. This is the 2nd time I've had them butcher a cow and I have no complaints.
