Wow, Went in with a rain check. The clerk accidentally overcharged me, so I went back in to get a refund. An extremely rude Store manager “Kay” tried to tell me that “BOGO” as written on the rain check actually means buy one get one 50% off (oddly enough the same value the clerk charged and thats how she (kay) writes it) she also wouldn’t look up the sale price for Me. Then later I realized that I had a photo of the sales tag on my phone, so I went back to the store. Her response to the photo was I should go back to the store I got the rain check from. And that they were just being nice by giving me any discount at all. But here’s the problem Kay or is It karen? that’s not Sprouts policy. Check the website. rain checks are good at any store. So ya wasted a bunch of time trying to get the rain check price and got shut down by a middle aged white woman with purple hair who I’m willing to bet money is divorced. Needless to say I’ll be doing everything I can to avoid this store going forward

My mom and I went in to grab some delicious dragon fruit and as we were walking around we ran into a fantastic woman named Erin by the deli and she pleasantly offered us some new smoothie samples which were delicious by the way. Her friendliness made us feel as if we've known for ever. She had a very contagious smile and great attitude towards helping us 😊

I have always loved this grocery store but I especially want to give a shout out to a unique and charming deli clerk named Erin. Not only does she make the best smoothies and sandwiches, she’s genuinely the nicest person I’ve meet at a grocery store. She always puts a smile on me and mom’s face. I can’t wait to go back to Sprouts to see her again!

Sprouts is fantastic. Great service. Great employees. Great produce, dairy and eggs. I find their prices affordable, especially for the quality. The Tempe location is always well stocked and clean. And I never have to wait in line.

Not sure why common sence in the meat market isn't to hand the client rapped meat and NOT contaminated.... Every time I get meat here one particular guy always wearing a hood likes to hand the package to you with his hands covered in meat contamination!!! I wanna scream!..... I can't figure out if he's completely stupid or just has no common sense

Used to love this place, and it’s right around the corner from my house. It has gone totally downhill in the last few months, and I come here several times a week. There are always tons of workers, but nobody seems able to help. There were FOUR employees who stood around while I was forced to do self check out tonight (is there ANYthing more annoying?) and then nobody was available when the register stopped working. Ugh. I worked 12 hours today. I left my steak, bread, and wine at the register and just left. I’m officially done with this place.
