If I could give them 20 stars, I would! My 10 yo daughter had a very unfortunate experience elsewhere that has led to an abundance of fear and anxiety surrounding dental work. As she also has sensory struggles, this presented with a big challenge for Dr. Charcut and his team. They handled two incredibly stressful visits with SO much professionalism and kindness, and I could not be more grateful! They have gone above and beyond and we will absolutely return for all future orthodontic work! A special thank you to Jody who put in a tremendous amount of effort and was absolutely wonderful for the duration of these visits!

My daughters just finished their last segment of braces. They loved working with everyone in the office, as did I. Answered all my "mom" questions with respect. Glad the braces part of our life is done, but will miss the hospitality of this office.

Dr. Steven was absolutely wonderful! Although when it came to asking questions about starting treatment to his staff I was assisted by “Mandy” whom has horrendous patient care. (Coming from a health care worker) I was unable to complete my statement when I was met with Mandy stating that I should go to another orthodontics. I had every intention with starting with Dr. Steven… after hearing this statement I informed Mandy I would like to talk to the doctor directly to informed him of how poorly his staff talks to his patients as well as how I was pushed away from starting treatment (in just a couple days I may add) and will indeed be looking elsewhere. There was a pause after my statement and then she (Mandy) proceeded to responde with OK and hung up on me without a goodbye nor handing over the phone to someone else whom would have been capable of helping me. I would absolutely love to start treatment here UNFORTUNATELY STAFF SCARES YOU OFF !
