Am an owner, although when we joined we found that none of the owner benefits were available. Also, when I called the General Manager regarding potential collaboration on The American Heart Association Walk, in support of Fitness for Heart Health he didn't have time for my call. Cannot recommend the ownership donation status. Really love the options available at the Coop and the fresh produce available. Prices nationally competitive for a farm to table grocery store.

Only been here once and unfortunately it’s way over priced and under stocked. Not many options and what they lack in options they more than make up for in prices. Nice staff I even joined their members share program, definitely the most expensive coop I’ve ever paid for at $200. But unlike others who provide a monthly memberships the $200 is a lifetime purchase.

I had heard about the CO-OP and how cool it was and it has everything you would need.
Well in my experience it was smaller than I had been led to believe , that is ok. It does carry fruits, vegetables, spices,organic products and bulk items. I went there to purchase very specific items to make Paleo and keto chocolate chip cookies for a customer of mine. They didn't have coconut flour maybe they were just out that day. The lady that was stocking the shelves was helpful and nice. The cashier asked me if I belonged to the CO-OP, I said no, after that interaction the cashier seemed to be dismissive . I felt like I had said the wrong thing and wasn't welcome anymore.
It was clean and organized, all the food and not food products looked great and inviting. Give it a try and see what you think. I am undecided if I will return.

We've always sought out co-ops when traveling in our RV for good selections of organic and healthy foods. This co-op did not disappoint. Though not the largest, a good selection of all the basics (and then some) plus GF and vegan options. We've already shopped there twice in the past 5 days. Will be back again in a week or so.

Ähnelt sehr einem deutschen Bioladen. Auf jedem Fall handelt es sch hier nicht um einen normalen Supermarkt. Preise schon überteuert. Eine Packung Toast ca. 6$. Leider kann man in Fairbanks, außer bei dem sehr guten Thai Restaurant Bahn Thai, nirgendwo Essengehen, oder sch überhaupt gemütlich draußen aufhalten, so grußselig es in Fairbanks ist. Deswegen dachten wir uns, wir holen uns ein frisches Baguette und ein Stück Käse. Da gab es jedoch nur Backproducke, also zum aufbacken. Und irgendwelche Brotproducke, mit denen wir nix wussten anzufangen. Gingen mit leeren Händen aus dem Laden.

We love that Fairbanks has had a food co-op since 2013! They have a huge selection to pick from. There are lots of bulk options in dispensers. We also love their bagging system - bring you own bag, cardboard box, or leave/take a bag from a rack at the door.
