Greeted when we arrived!
The employee explained the menu and what they offered. Fantastic customer service!

We enjoyed watching them make our rolled ice cream. We ordered the SoCal and the Namaste. They both were delicious!

Staff was amazing. Young and doing it I love it. It’s good to see young people working instead of being out on these stress. Hats off to the owner very nice guy he educated me on the reason he hire kids to keep them doing something positive. Ice cream was amazing. Staff knowledgeable. Owner was very nice. Well trained staff keep it up. Definitely will be back

Love this little shop! I enjoy ordering their cookies for delivery. They always warm them up and they taste just like that came out of the oven - hot and fresh! I have tried their ice cream as well and it is OK. I might just be more of a cookie person. Definitely recommend the chocolate chip cookies.

Location is also clean and the employees are always friendly.

We came in around 825ish. The young lady who was at the register was great and was apologizing for the other young girl. The young black girl was upset that she had missed some kind of family function, she stated this after the other (very sweet and awesome young lady) expressed that she shouldn't have tried closing early. She seemed very upset we were in there and had no issues showing it. Please, don't chastise the young lady who rang us up. She was completely sweet and caring. The other one wanted nothing more than for us to be gone.

I went in Sweet Charlie's in Madison Al on Friday Nov 29th. I had such a great experience with a young lady named Kim. She was such a delight. And my death by chocolate ice cream was so delicious. Thank you Kim. I will be back.

First time trying this establishment, I definitely can say I will be returning. Staff was nice and friendly. The topping were fresh, including the rolled ice cream. 10 out of 10.

Such a disappointment! Got the birthday cake ice cream. Not “birthday cake” at all! Paid $7.50 for vanilla ice cream with a few sprinkles. I could’ve done that at home. While one employee actually worked, another goofed around. Management really needs to do better. I will not be going back.

Everything went well at first but the little girl taking our order at the register was being rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She also saw that my friend was behind me waiting to order and proceeded to take off to the back where she played on her phone then left with some random stranger which she later bragged about when she finally walked back in. Not to mention she left the other two younger girls unattended. 3 teenage girls should not be left unattended at night time without any source of management or security. When asked where their manager was the poor girl look mortified and said, "Our manager trusts us." It's not her fault they were left but management was non-existent in this establishment. The tables were also sticky from not being cleaned, the bathroom wasn't tended to and we were told they were out of some stuff but when a doordasher came in, they made that item for the doordasher with stuff they said they didn't have. I do not recommend this place, especially if you are in a rush because there were only 3 ice creams to be rolled ahead of our orders and it took an hour to get one of ours out.
