Fantastic lunch spot. I was so glad I just got a half sandwich because it is a very generous serving of meat! The fries were really well done and not overly greasy. Excited to go back and buy more meats to cook at home.

My boyfriend bought pork shoulder from this butcher for a recipe and I am beyond disappointed at what we got. Rather than being a solid hunk of meat we received uneven slices, one with some bone still attached and another with a giant hole in it!
And as for the meat itself, out of the 4.5lbs we bought over 2lbs were solid fat!

I don’t care how good it may be, when I pay $50 for meat sold in this state I can’t help but feel ripped off.

Former meat cutter, love seeing them work with whole animal/sides. They definitely have cuts you wont find at a chain grocery, a little pricy but you get what you pay for.

I usually stop in for lunch if Im working in the area. I've gotten the chicken sandwich 3 times and the burger once. Both are awesome. My coworker usually gets the cold cut which also looks good.

I just wish the pickles were cut a little thinner. I want to check out the other location out in the county one day.

Picked up some prime rib for Christmas and decided to try a sandwich. I got the ham and cheese and my roommate got the porkstrami. I tasted both and they were delicious. Next time we will go for dinner and try a pizza. They have a large brick oven. I can't wait.

I read the sign in passing that said "fine meats and tasty treats". I didn't know what I was getting into. I walked into the butcher shop with my date like a lost little lamb and was escorted over to the restaurant side as the butcher shop had just closed for the day. I ordered one of the ruben pizzas because the hostess recommended it, and I was just here on a whim with my current partner. She was telling a story as the food arrived at the table, but after the first bite, I no longer knew what she was talking about. The fresh meats and seasoning took me out of the real world and straight to flavor town. As somebody who has enjoyed many pizzas this is easily one of the best if not the best I have ever had. So good I felt compelled to write this review. Exceeding 5 star quality, I will certainly be going back in the future.

Great spot. Went when it was Parts and Labor butchery hears ago. Went again today with an employee for some hamburgers. Picked up some smoked ham and N'duja to go on my out. Hate to hear they are closing this spot. A Remington gem for sure.

Yum. Well prepared sandwiches with top quality meats. Porkstrami is the best. Italian beef is so good with little crunchy bits. Different from the Chicago style Italian beef but really tasty.
