La gringa en la salida es una verdadera estrella de rock. No solo abre puertas y cuenta chistes, sino que también tiene un corazón de oro: incluso le trajo a mi amigo borracho agua extra y tomó una foto de grupo de nosotros. Es un crimen que esté atrapada en la puerta de salida, pero, bueno, el Grand Downtown no sería el mismo sin su increíble servicio al cliente.

Good music, great drinks and loved the crowd. The bottle service is reasonable as so worth getting the service. Celebrated my best friends birthday here and she was not disappointed. We have a great time everytime we hang out here. So worth the drive from Tucson.

This December we had the incredible opportunity to work with the Grand to host our end of the year formal and award ceremony. I cannot express enough gratitude for the consideration and thoroughness of the staff to help us execute a seamless and magical evening. They took me on a tour to explain the pricing and food options a few weeks prior to the event and then on the day of, they beautifully laid out the spread and helped us set up our sound and presentation for the ceremony. I’m also a vegetarian and was very grateful that they had plenty of options for me as well. The venue is astounding, the staff was very helpful, and all 100 attendees of our event only had good things to say about their night. Couldn’t be happier to have worked with the Grand and look forward to more collaborations in the future!

We got there right before they opened so no wait on a Saturday night. Was a lot smaller than we expected compared to other reviews and pictures I’ve seen. The food was good, cheese bread was so fluffy and good and the charcuterie board was good as was. Definitely recommend the Lava Flow drink was so good. I must warn you in the Zombie drink, it was incredible strong, the sweet fruity look is deceiving. Overall wasn’t terrible but was surprised how small it was. Glad I experienced it but probably wouldn’t do it again.

Ghost Ship Cocktail Bar inside The Grand is a very fun, immersive experience. Decor is dark with Disney-level details. The main level is a tight, ‘below deck’ experience including subtle, swaying lamps above our booth. Up the spiral staircase you’ll be in the captain’s quarters so be sure to check it out for the thought that went into this theme. Our bartenders were welcoming, friendly and made delicious cocktails. Drinks are pricey but delicious. Reading reviews from a year or more ago, it certainly seems they’ve revamped the menu and hired talented mixologists now.

I had been wanting to experience the Ghost Ship after reading about it online. Understand that the Grand and several areas within have different themes. It is a bar/nightclub first. We arrived at opening time, 5pm. We had the place to ourselves. We ordered a couple of specialty grogs and enjoyed the atmosphere. We were offered food bit had plans following this stop. We will come back for more. Argh!
