This store is always clean and well organized.
The customer service is great all around, but I have to say Chris G. and Ryan D. go above and beyond!
I own a business and place online click-&-carry orders every week and Chris goes out of his way to make sure my order is fulfilled with the correct items every single week. Chris keeps me posted on items that are difficult to get at the moment and he hustles to get my order fulfilled DAYS before I even need it! Chris is always in a good mood, happy to see me, and eager to help me load my items. Owning a business can be grueling at times, especially in the last two years with supply and demand being off the charts. I can honestly say, Chris has saved my bacon on multiple occasions and made my experiences with US Foods a walk in the park!
I don’t get to see Ryan as much, but when I do his customer service never disappoints; he always has his “game face on” with a “let’s do this attitude.” Ryan is also very attentive, upbeat & eager to help! When calling in to any of the stores to item check, often the person on the other end is (undoubtedly juggling a lot at the moment) rather short & rude; not Ryan, his professionalism remains strong and so does his enthusiasm.
This service I receive from Chris & Ryan isn’t just for me either; I have observed them on multiple occasions with other customers and they extend the same enthusiastic/helpful courtesies. It’s obvious these two care about their work and enjoy what they do. From one person in customer service to another; these two are AMAZING!!

I dont own a business, so i shop here for my family. Some prices are better than Costco, many produce items are fresher than Costco, and we love helping out a smaller businesses. Great place for large amounts of meat at great prices if you have enough freezer space at home.

I visited this location a few weeks ago and can I just say what Excellent Customer Service. Special shout out to Andrew…he helped me load my car and when I tried to tip him he said No Thank you it’s part of my job! Thank you Andrew and everybody at the store. I’ve visited the Clackamas and Tigard stores, too and the Customer Service at both locations is excellent! Thank you everybody

The lady’s who work in there Friday afternoon are rude and snobby. A customer who spends thousands weekly/can’t even get help outside who’s by her self with two shopping carts full of merchandise yet the store is completely dead. This is the second time they are rude for absolutely no reason. Never shopping here again, will absolutely be going to Salem chefs store from here on out.

Great selection of food and supplies in bulk. They have almost everything you're looking for or would ever need. 5 gallons of soy sauce? Yup! Dolma? Yup! Excellent selection of meats, frozen foods and produce in bulk quantities. They also have the largest selection of DaVinci and Torani flavored syrups that I've ever seen. From balch pasta to almost every kind of flower you could ever think of in bulk, they have it. Whatever it is, chances are if it's good related and you're looking for it they probably have. Staff is friendly as well. Sometimes the pricing here is a little higher than elsewhere, such as for water and soda, but when it comes to food in bulk and things like that the prices can't be beat.

They also have a great selection of pans, cooking utensils and disposable utensils and plates, so whatever it is you need they have it. Definitely a place worth checking out

The employees are the best. I have been to the store in Wilsonville since it opened 6-8 times a month. I enjoy the variety and ease of shopping without the crowds of Costco or Safeway.
