The food was not very good, seemed to be not very fresh. Took forever to get our food. The dining area was dirty. We actually had to wipe the least dirty table off. It was actually a toss up if we should just eat in our car.

Went through the drive thru at the Lexington location and the person taking my order wasn’t friendly at all. Then I got to the window and the person with headset on was tweaking so bad it made me so uncomfortable. It was plain as day and a manger was the one handing me my food standing right there beside him even talked to him so i don’t understand how she didn’t know the homie was tweaking outta his mind messed up on some type of drugs normal sober humans don’t like that. I’ve never experienced sum like that and that made me very uncomfortable and thank god I didn’t have my kids because they shouldn’t see that. And the sad part is it was high school kid standing right next to him and he looked just as freaked out as I did poor kid. Wendy’s do better bro!! Like you’re letting a grown ass man act like that not only in front of customers whom may be kids in a back seat but also in front of your young employees whom are also kids bro. NOT OKAY!!! Then I called and told them how it made me feel uncomfortable and described the employee and the response was I’ll talk to my boss about it. LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IM SO SORRY FOR THAT we’ll handle it accordingly as we see fit. Like the customer service here is trash they don't care about their customers at all!! EMBARRASSING if you ask me.

Ordered same items I order in Henderson and no one was in front of me. Made me pull forward and it was àt least 10 minutes before I got my food. If they ate having issues, they should let people know immediately before or after they order where they'd know if had enough time to wait. I was unable to eat all my food because of this. I didn't have time.

I made an online order and was charged for it. Did not receive the order as the manager said she was tired and they were closing early because they were short handed. My order was not canceled or refunded, the manager was rude and showed absolutely no concern that my money was basically stolen, i would recommend eating out of a trash can before spending money with this location again. This was not the first time I’ve experienced similar issues with this location. I believe the franchise owner may want to contact me before his name gets publicly posted for this full out theft of my money.

Every dang thing I ordered was COLD!!! Please stop asking that, question, what can I make fresh for you today. If you're going to serve it cold. That's not fresh, that's bad customer service 😒

Look guys, I get that fast food is busy and it takes a lot of work, but waiting 10+ minutes at the drive thru is not ok.

Food is good, but please have some system in place to get it out faster.

Possibly the slowest drive through service ever! Sat at the open window 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The sign advertised hot and crispy fries, Luke warm and soft at best. Got my order wrong! How long have you been doing your job? It ain't rocket science. You're making burgers. Never again. Stay away from this place. Good grief.
